Why Boffit is built differently

Founder, Boffit
I spent two decades recruiting personal trainers and building teams for major UK gym brands. I repeatedly saw people leave courses with certificates but without the confidence, commercial understanding or support needed to build a career. That is why I founded Boffit in 2016: to close the gap between qualifying and succeeding.
Our B-PT Mentor Package combines a Level 3 Diploma Practitioner in Personal Training with a local, experienced mentor; hands-on training; opportunities to shadow live client work; 24/7 personal tutor support; and ongoing career guidance. The qualification is awarded by Focus Awards, regulated by Ofqual and endorsed by CIMSPA.
This is why our mentors are not an optional extra. Qualifications teach what to do; mentors help learners apply it with judgement, confidence and professionalism. A mentor can also help a new trainer find a niche, understand pricing and positioning, attract clients and keep improving after certification.
